4 (1) A producer who applies for an advance payment shall submit an application, completed in prescribed form in ink or indelible pencil, to a manager or operator of an elevator or other person authorized by the Board to make advance payments on its behalf.
4 (1) Le producteur qui réclame un paiement anticipé doit présenter sa demande au moyen de la formule prescrite, remplie à l’encre ou au crayon indélébile, au gérant ou à l’exploitant d’un élévateur ou à toute autre personne autorisée par la Commission à effectuer des paiements anticipés en son nom.
