The contract shall provide for, inter alia, payment of the volunteer's return air fare, the provision of meals and accommodation, transport from the international airport to the place of work, medical, travel and cancellation insurance and 24-hour support and assistance for the team both on-site and at headquarters, as well as payment of other costs depending the country of action, the type of humanitarian aid and the terms under which the volunteer and/or the hosting or sending organisation may cancel.
Ce contrat prévoit entre autres des précisions sur la prise en charge du billet d'avion aller et retour, les repas et l'hébergement, le transfert de l'aéroport international d'arrivée sur le lieu de mission, l'assurance (médicale, voyage et annulation), le support et le soutien 24h/24h de l'équipe sur place et au siège, ainsi que d'autres coûts en fonction du pays d'intervention, du type d'aide humanitaire, les conditions dans lesquelles le volontaire et/ou de l'organisme d'accueil ou d'envoi peuvent annuler la mission.
