4. Where a seller has signed a contract with a manufacturer for the delivery of beet as referred to in the first part of Article 19(1) of this Regulation and in (a) thereof, all deliveries by that seller, converted under paragraph 3 above, shall be considered to be deliveries within the meaning of the first part of the abovementioned Article 19(1) and (a) thereof up to the quantity of beet specified in the contract.
4. Dans le cas où un vendeur a conclu avec un fabricant un contrat de livraison pour des betteraves visées à l'article 19, paragraphe 1, in limine et point a), du règlement, toutes les livraisons de ce vendeur, converties selon le paragraphe 3 ci-dessus, sont considérées comme étant des livraisons au sens dudit article 19, paragraphe 1, in limine et point a), jusqu'à concurrence de la quantité spécifiée pour ces betteraves dans le contrat.
