Their implementation will have the effect of reinforcing, inter alia by applying the customer/contractor principle, links between the JRC and industry, other research centres and the European scientific community as a whole, and will require the JRC to be managed more flexibly and more independently; - a joint position on the new supplementary programme for the operation of the High Flux Reactor at the Petten Establishment, to be carried out by the JRC mainly on the basis of joint financing by the Federal Republic of Germany and the Netherlands.
Leur mise en oeuvre aura pour effet de renforcer, entre autre par l'intermédiaire de l'application du principe client/fournisseur, les liens du CCR avec le monde industriel, les autres centres de recherche et la communauté scientifique européenne dans son ensemble. Leur application exigera une plus grande flexibilité et une plus large autonomie dans la gestion du Centre. - une orientation commune sur le nouveau programme complémentaire d'exploitation du réacteur à haut flux de l'établissement de Petten, exécuté par le CCR essentiellement sur base d'un financement conjoint de la RFA et des Pays-Bas.
