1. Where it is found that seed subject to an aid application was not actually marketed within the meaning of Article 31 point (b)(iii) for sowing by the farmer, the aid to be paid for the species concerned, after application of any reductions to be applied in accordance with Article 52, shall be reduced by 50 % if the quantity not marketed amounts to more than 2 % but no more than 5 % of the quantity covered by the aid application.

Lorsqu'il est constaté que des semences faisant l'objet d'une demande d'aide n'ont pas été commercialisées, au sens de l'article 31, point b), sous iii), pour l'ensemencement par l'agriculteur, le montant de l'aide à payer pour les variétés concernées, après application, le cas échéant, des réductions visées à l'article 52, est réduit de 50 % si la quantité non commercialisée est supérieure ou égale à 2 % mais inférieure ou égale à 5 % de la quantité concernée par la demande d'aide.
