ACTION for annulment of Council Regulation (EU) No 40/2013 of 21 January 2013 fixing for 2013 the fishing opportunities available in EU waters and, to EU vessels, in certain non-EU waters for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks which are subject to international negotiations or agreements (OJ 2013 L 23, p. 54), as amended, in so far as it amalgamates the northern and southern components of the stock of blue whiting in the north-east Atlantic in order to establish the TAC (total allowable catch) for blue whiting set out in Annexes IA and IB of that regulation.
Demande d’annulation du règlement (UE) no 40/2013 du Conseil, du 21 janvier 2013, établissant, pour 2013, les possibilités de pêche dans les eaux de l’UE et, pour les navires de l’UE, dans certaines eaux n’appartenant pas à l’UE en ce qui concerne certains stocks ou groupes de stocks halieutiques faisant l’objet de négociations ou d’accords internationaux (JO L 23, p. 54), tel que modifié, dans la mesure où il considère conjointement les composantes septentrionale et méridionale du stock de merlan bleu de l’Atlantique Nord-Est aux fins de la détermination du total admissible des captures de merlan bleu, figurant dans les annexes I A et I B dudit règlement.
