(39) In view of the limited risk to public or animal health arising from such products, the competent authority should be able to authorise the preparation and application to land of biodynamic preparations, on the basis of Category 2 and Category 3 material, as referred to in Council Regulation (EC) No 2092/91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs[24].
(39) Considérant que ces produits ne présentent qu’un risque limité pour la santé publique et animale, l’autorité compétente doit avoir la possibilité d’autoriser l’élaboration de préparations biodynamiques à base de matières de catégories 2 et 3 et leur utilisation dans les sols, conformément au règlement (CE) n° 2092/91 du Conseil du 24 juin 1991 concernant le mode de production biologique de produits agricoles et sa présentation sur les produits agricoles et les denrées alimentaires[24].
