Should future measures be adopted with a view to listing GMMOs in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 14, the Austrian position will be to oppose, under the procedure of the Agreement, the labelling as 'organically produced` of products containing, consisting of, or having been produced in a way involving, GMMOs within the meaning of Directive 90/220/EEC.
Au cas où des mesures visant à inclure dans la liste les MOGM seraient ultérieurement adoptées conformément à la procédure prévue à l'article 14, l'Autriche s'opposerait, dans le cadre des procédures de l'accord, à ce que la mention «produit biologiquement» figure sur les produits consistant en MOGM ou en contenant ou fabriqués selon une méthode recourant à l'utilisation de MOGM au sens de la directive 90/220/CEE.
