provide in the negotiating guidelines for additional support from the EU for Central American integration and the reform and consolidation of its legislative framework and its institutions – including the General Secretariat, Central American Parliament and Central American Court of Justice –, with the aim of improving their effectiveness, representativeness and legitimacy, in particular as regards the customs union, the free movement of persons, common policies, harmonising legislation and creating their own funding mechanism;
de prévoir dans les directives de négociation le renforcement du soutien apporté par l'UE à l'intégration centraméricaine, ainsi qu'à la réforme et au renforcement de son cadre normatif et de ses institutions – y compris le Secrétariat général, le Parlement centraméricain et la Cour centraméricaine de justice – pour une plus grande efficacité, représentativité et légitimité de celles-ci, en ce qui concerne plus particulièrement l'union douanière, la libre circulation des personnes, les politiques communes, l'harmonisation des législations et la création d'un mécanisme de financement propre;
