To give you an example, in the case of the Immigration Act, as I think Mr. Kennedy said earlier, there have been, since the inception of that legislation, only 21 cases where the government, through the ministers, has brought forward a certificate in respect of an individual, seeking to deport that individual for terrorist or criminal pursuits.
