As the Joint Undertaking is a body set up by the Communities, its decision-making process should guarantee the Community’s decision-making autonomy, in particular in respect of; issues having an impact on the strategic orientation of the Joint Undertaking, the Community’s contribution, and the independence and equal treatment of the Joint Undertaking’s staff.
L’entreprise commune étant un organisme créé par la Communauté, son processus décisionnel devrait garantir l’autonomie décisionnelle de la Communauté, notamment en ce qui concerne les questions ayant une incidence sur l’orientation stratégique de l’entreprise commune, la contribution de la Communauté et l’indépendance et l’égalité de traitement du personnel de l’entreprise commune.
