The Commission has verified that the Order of 17 January 2013 adopted by the Government of the French Community of Belgium amounts only to terminological updates and very limited and formal modifications of the same measures originally notified to the Commission in 2003, in respect of which the Commission carried out its review and adopted the Decision mentioned in recital 1.
La Commission a établi que l’arrêté adopté le 17 janvier 2013 par le gouvernement de la Communauté française ne concernait que des adaptations terminologiques et des modifications formelles et très limitées des mesures initialement notifiées à la Commission, en 2003, lesquelles avaient fait l’objet d’un examen ayant conduit à l’adoption de la décision visée au considérant 1.
