Quand nous sommes en mission, dans la République démocratique du Congo, au Soudan ou en Somalie, outre nos opérations de sécurité, nous participons à la reconstruction du pays, ce qui veut souvent dire que nous participons à l'établissement d'un gouvernement qui n'est pas totalement corrompu. Nous participons à la formation des forces de l'ordre, à la mise en œuvre d'un système de justice basé sur la primauté de droit, et à la construction de l'infrastructure pour soutenir un développement économique de base.
