At that meeting, an examination of the proposal for a Council Regulation codifying Council Regulation (EC) No 994/98 of 7 May 1998 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to certain categories of horizontal State aid resulted in the Consultative Working Party’s concluding, without dissent, that the proposal is a straightforward codification of existing texts, without any change in their substance.
Lors de l'examen de la proposition de règlement du Conseil visant à codifier le règlement (CE) n° 994/98 du Conseil du 7 mai 1998 sur l'application des articles 107 et 108 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne à certaines catégories d'aides d'État horizontales, le groupe a, d'un commun accord, conclu que la proposition se limite effectivement à une codification pure et simple des textes existants, sans modification de leur substance.
